As 2016 winds down to a close, most food entrepreneurs are working double time to satisfy seasonal demand. Here at Food Starter our hourly catering clients daily are whipping up fresh trays of food that leave the building mid-morning and early afternoon while our Incubator and Accelerator clients are working at all hours, producing case after case of product to deliver to their clients and to the Christmas and Farmer’s Markets they attend at this time of year.
As the calendar rolls over to 2017, Food Starter will be posting programming that will help early stage food business owners back into planning mode. Our first Market Feasibility Boot Camp starts January 11th and in February and March we’ll be opening up Development and Growth programming as well.
In the meantime, entrepreneurs who are starting to plan their business building activities for the new year, can take our Food Business Status Quiz and review our workshop outlines to get their creative juices flowing.
